Hi I thought I would have a positive experience with Rooter Right Plumbing & Draining After calling and getting a estimated quote for bathroom faucet replacement I was given the quote price after confirming I will need to supply my on faucet replacement I asked about talking with my landlord I gave her Rooter Right Plumbing Number and she spoke with Sam as I also did initially to get quote my landlord confirmed I should get a call back I called back eventually as I was ill and haven’t spoken to anyone I called back to see if I can get them to schedule a time and Sam told me he had called me to schedule already and I told him never mind I’ll get someone else to do as I tried to explain I didn’t and haven’t talked to him he was rude and adamant that I did talk to him when I have been sick I tried to explain I didn’t talk to and have proof I didn’t talk to Sam nor could I make the decision not go with them Sam then told me rudely they weren’t the company for me when I did nothing wrong if you didn’t want to service me because of my color / black that’s all you had to say instead of making up a lie on me saying I refused service when in reality service was refused to me……

Great company , on time , professional,courteous, reasonable rates. The technician Emilio was exceptional , got the job done in a timely manner , explained everything he was doing and did not try to upsell. I highly recommend this company, I couldn’t be more pleased

Montana and Alec came to fix our kitchen sink after it was backed up. Very quick, professional, and knowledgable!

Called before 8 am. There were able to come same day at a time that worked with my schedule and fix the problem quickly. I can’t recommend them enough!

We tried two other companies before calling Mr Rooter. The problem was only ever patched briefly. These guys were out here within the hour and had our entire system repaired within 48hrs. I am definitely calling them for all future issues.
