Fabulous job. Came out same day.

The two men were considerate, attentive to the problem, explored options and were very open in discussing what was most likely going to resolve the issues.

Showed up within 30 minutes, fixed it quick. Best possible experience you can ask for. Solved my toilet draining issues.

Best plumber I've ever used.

My shower faucet had been previously installed in a way that was not terrible but definitely quirky and problematic. The issue that had arisen seemed complicated and possibly pricey to fix.

Montana at Rooter Right promptly found a sensible solution, one that didn't require tearing out the wall and starting over. He was patient and generous with his time, explaining what had caused the issue, and suggested various options for the fix. I deferred to his professional judgment, and he fixed the problem and secured the handle far better than the original installer had. This was only supposed to be an estimate, but he was so smart and ready for anything that the problem was fixed on the spot and at a very reasonable price.

On a personal note, unlike nearly every other home repair person I have worked with, Montana never put down the prior work done to make himself look good. He was fair and objective, never bashing prior people's work. It gave me much more trust in him, confidence in his skills, and respect for his good character.

Many, many thanks to Montana. Now I need to look for more plumbing problems so I can hire him again!

I highly recommend Sam and his crew. He tackled a nightmare of a job for me. Things went sideways (not his fault) and he kept shit straight. After HIS work was done he came back a couple times for related concerns I still had. He always answers his phone which is very rare these days and a delight. You can rely on his advice without question. Sam is one passionate contractor with exceptional knowledge of his craft.

Chance has been at our home twice recently. He’s professional, doesn’t beat around the bush, and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Came the same day I called for free estimate, came the following day for repair, came in under estimate (which was awesome) and was pleasant to work with both the gentleman on the phone as well as the plumber himself (Thanks Tom!) Every business should be run this well!Shelly

The techs came on time!! BONUS! They figured out the problem with their drain camera and expertise. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. The price was Right! Thank you Rooter Right!
